PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE TERMS

1. Photographer and contact Photography services are provided by photographer Anton Krot in Finland. For enquiries about bookings and photography: anton.krot@gmail.com, +358 44 928 2018.
2. Agreeing the booking Before a booking is confirmed, the parties agree on the type and scope of the photography, the selected package or individual requirements, date, time and location, duration, total price, applicable taxes, any travel costs, delivery timeframe and payment method. The terms of each booking are recorded in correspondence or a separate proposal. Any changes to the booking are agreed separately. The customer’s statutory rights under Finnish law remain unaffected.
3. Prices and travel Current packages and prices are listed on the relevant pages of the website. The total price and applicable taxes are communicated before the booking is confirmed. Any additional services and expenses are agreed with the customer in advance. For shoots outside Kehä III, travel is charged separately: €0.55 per kilometre for the return journey (minimum €30), or the actual cost of return train or air tickets. The travel option and cost are agreed in advance. This applies to all travel, including business photography and real estate photography.
4. The shoot and finished photographs The shoot takes place on the agreed date, time and location and within the agreed scope. The deliverables, number of photographs and editing style are determined by the selected package or written confirmation of an individual booking. The photographer selects and edits the final images. Finished photographs are delivered through a Wfolio online gallery or by another method agreed before the booking.
5. Delivery timeframe For services other than those listed below, finished photographs are delivered within 14 calendar days after the shoot. For real estate and interior photography, as well as corporate events, finished photographs are delivered by 7:00 a.m. on the day after the shoot. If a different timeframe is agreed in writing for a specific booking, the timeframe in that confirmation applies.
6. Client gallery Photographs are guaranteed to remain available for download in the online gallery for one month from the date the link is sent. After that period, the availability and functionality of the link are not guaranteed. Photographs are not necessarily deleted automatically after one month. The customer should download and save the deliverables during the guaranteed availability period.
7. Publication of photographs Delivery of photographs to the customer does not constitute consent for the photographer to publish them in a portfolio, on a website or on social media. Separate consent or another applicable legal basis is required for publication. Refusing publication does not affect the customer’s ability to book a shoot.
8. Payment, cancellation and changes to a booking The payment method and deadline, as well as any agreed cancellation or rescheduling terms, are stated in the confirmation for the specific booking. If no special terms have been agreed, mandatory provisions of Finnish law apply. These terms do not set a fixed non-refundable deposit or cancellation penalty.
9. Questions about the deliverables If the deliverables or delivery timeframe do not match what was agreed, email anton.krot@gmail.com and explain what should be reviewed. The parties will first try to resolve the matter directly. This does not limit the customer’s statutory rights.
10. Personal data and disputes The processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy. Finnish law applies to the booking. Consumers may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services; eligibility to refer a matter to the Consumer Disputes Board or a court is determined by the applicable rules.
